I never learned such a fundamental life skill in school.
In university, I got lucky—6 Months of an intense problem-solving and decision-making course by a McKinsey Partner.

I worked as an IT project manager and product owner. I also supported the setup of a startup incubator.
I applied systemic problem-solving to technical questions and business questions.

Design Thinking Coach
I jumped into consulting. I applied my techniques to each project. I kept refining them from interviewing techniques to problem structuring and storytelling.
I expanded my toolbox with design thinking and system thinking.
I also lead the project of founding a foreign subsidiary.
